This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The staff was cute and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, just a short walk away. The bed was noticeably comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. An added bonus was the noon checkout time, nice for a leisurely morning.

Our room was very noisy with street noise all night. There is also a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and hall.

Hilton Garden Inn does not treat us differently because we do not book direct with Hilton. We have stayed twice & have felt each time as if we were chereished guests. Everything about the hotel is lovely and enjoyable. The staff is impressive! We will stay there again.

It is not that we do not like it, but walking through the breakfast area to take our luggage to our vehicle in the parking garage can be awkward.

Perfect for Event Attendees

We stayed for a night and loved how close it was to CHI Health Center. Super easy walk! The room was clean and had enough space. The staff were all super friendly. Just a heads up though, the breakfast situation was a bit confusing and pricey. Great spot!

I took a queen room with the air came on every 5 and an amazing view, as for instance. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall delicious with all the options. All the staff was attentive.

location is great but cleanliness needs attention

The location is fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast, especially the omelets made on demand. One highlight from my stay was the warm cookies available in the lobby.

I found the fridge in our room had leftovers from the previous guest, quite off-putting.

My wife forgot her other purse in the room. We called 6 hours later, the manager went to the room and found in for us. Everything was still there!!! great restaurants.

Meal costs were a little high

The indoor pool was awesome, and we loved the fitness center. Plus, the location is perfect for checking out nearby restaurants and shopping. Don't miss the made-to-order breakfast. It was delicious! Highly recommend for a fun group getaway.

The shower water pressure was disappointing, making it hard to relax after a long day.

I mistakenly reserved my stay for the following weekend. I didnt know this until I checked in. I called the third party to change my reservation at which time they called your front desk to confirm it was ok. Your manager took the call. I had a price from the third party of $84 for a double bed room. Your manager proceeded to tell the third party that the only room she had was a queen with a pull out and it would be $159! I was in between a rock and a hard place and she totally took advantage of my situation. I asked for a better deal and she said sorry. You might have got me on this one night but I will never stay with you again.

Pleasant facility and good value. Very convenient location for access to major roads/streets, and for proximity to the Old Market area. Garage parking was convenient and appreciated, and also probably a good value.

A quibble, but I would have preferred wireless Internet access rather than hard-wired ethernet cable (though an occasional downside to wireless is spotty and/or low-bandwidth coverage). One more quirk: the room doors are unusually heavy, to the point of being quite hard to push. On the plus side, the doors would offer security and soundproofing; as a negative, although the heaviness was only mildly annoying for me, guests who are elderly, frail, or infirm would surely have difficulties entering and exiting their room.

Clean, comfortable room with a great location.

I am a Hilton honors member and we always stay with Hilton. Very disappointed because there was not complimentary breakfast. Also the garage parking is $12 and we were always coming and going. The beds in this hotel were hard as a rock! I am supposed to stay there again this weekend with my kids. I had booked this through this website and would like to cancel my reservation because this place is not kid friendly because there is not a complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately I will not be booking through your site again and not staying at this hotel again.

Newly remodelled stocked room. With a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.
